It is simple to operate and, most importantly to me, it is small enough to keep in your pocket. The fact that it is always available makes it so much more valuable. I capture pictures that I never would have with any other camera. the video quality is pretty good and the pictures turn out really well. It allows you to view the pictures in numerous ways after you take them and the interface can do as much or as little as you want.
